This proven and well-established model of services in health resorts guarantees investors all-year rental of apartments by patients from Poland, Germany and Scandinavia.

The AccessMed company specializes in a wide range of rehabilitation and dietetics. AccessMed provides its patients with access to specialized medical equipment, high-class specialists and the highest quality treatments. All activities are aimed at fast and effective assistance to patients after injuries, injuries, surgeries, operations, strokes, heart attacks and patients suffering from various pain ailments.

Sea Breeze is an object having a modern and compact body referring to the lighthouse, standing out in the city landscape. The building has one- and two-room apartments from 25 to 49 sq m, each with a terrace and two-level mixing on the top three floors. Each premises will be finished and equipped with the use of the most modern ecological and energy-saving technologies.

The apartment has a dedicated kitchen area, day and bedroom area, bathroom and terrace. In the kitchen part there is a built-in a refrigerator and a worktop. The day zone has a table with chairs and a built-in wardrobe. The sleeping area is equipped with sleeping beds depending on the variant and bedside cabinet. The whole finish will be enriched by an interesting design of lamps and accessories. The investment will be designed in a warm style, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation to future tenants.

SEA BREEZE investment is implemented in cooperation of two entities: MEDARD FINANCE Sp. zoo. and SM L-W SlOWIANIN.

The Medard Group is a team of companies run by competent managers with many years of experience in both finance and real estate. The companies were established to conduct the construction and management of Eco City projects throughout Poland. The group cooperates with well-known and experienced design offices, such as: Dedeco from Szczecin, Czuba Latoszek from Warsaw and ZPU Architekt from Poznań, which guarantee the best architectural solutions combined with the latest design and ecological trends. The high standard of rooms offered by ECO CITY and a comprehensive approach to customer service in both the construction and management process will satisfy both business customers, students and tourists interested in short, medium and long term rent.

Housing Cooperative Lokatorsko-Własnościowa "Słowianin" was established on February 13, 1962. It is the largest cooperative operating in the cities of Świnoujście, Międzyzdroje and Wolin. Throughout its activity, the Cooperative built its resources to meet the residential and utility needs of the population and ensured the development of cultural and educational life by creating newer sections. In recent years, there has been a strong emphasis on investments related to the development of its own cable television network and the Internet, without neglecting existing resources. It runs a wide range of services, the recipients of which are the inhabitants of our cooperative resources, inhabitants of foreign resources and business entities. In the near future, the Cooperative intends to undertake further investments related to housing, service and garage construction to meet the needs of the market.
